Doctor

Dr. Earl Bostick, Sr.
Dr. Earl Bostick, Sr. is a native of Jasper County. In 1967, he graduated from Jasper High School with honors. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army and served as a Medical Lab Technician and Medical Corpsman in the Vietnam Conflict. In 1970, he received an honorable discharge from the Army and in 1971, he enrolled at Savannah State College, majoring in Medical Technology. In 1974, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree. Then in 1974-1976, Dr. Bostick worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist for Memorial Medical Hospital, Savannah, Georgia and the Beaufort Jasper Comprehensive Health program. In 1976, Dr. Bostick was accepted to the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta, and graduated in 1980. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina, but chose to practice in his home town of Ridgeland. Dr. Bostick has been practicing dentistry in Ridgeland for 25 years.

He is a member of various professional and civic organizations: the American Dental Association, Palmetto Medical and Pharmaceutical Association, South Carolina Dental Association, the National Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, the Coastal Dental Society, Georgia Dental Association, the NAACP, the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce and the Jasper County Minority Business Association. He also serves on the Board of South Carolina Bank and Trust Bank and the Coastal Carolina Medical Center Board. He is active in developing county recreational services and has worked with the Visions for Youth Program.

Dr. Bostick is a member of the Antioch Baptist Church where the Reverend Calbert Brantley is his Pastor. Dr. Bostick is married to the former Miss Josie Terry of Jasper County. They have two children: Earl Jr. and Kelvin. Dr. Bostick resides in the community of Tarboro.

Lessie Loadholt, CDA
Certified Dental Assistant employed from February 1996 to present, I assist the doctor with chair side procedures and performs other expanded duties.

Barbara Harrison
My name is Barbara I have been employed with Dr. Bostick for 15 years. I have worked in many capacities receptionist, dental assistant, financial coordinator, and scheduling coordinator. I enjoyed educating our patients when it comes to treatment and finance because when it comes to your health rather its medical or dental finance should not be an issue, because as the saying goes The longer You Wait The Worst the problem gets and the more expensive it becomes.

Jocelyn Ogden, RDH
A 2003 graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah Georgia. I have three years professional clinical experience in dental hygiene. I have also had the opportunity to work in several fields of dentistry including pediatric, cosmetic, and general practices.

Valerie Ryles
Hi! My name is Valerie, I am the receptionist for Dr. Earl Bostick,Sr. DMD Family Dentistry. I have been employed here for 9 years I enjoy working in the field of dentistry. It is exciting and rewarding.

Sandra Orozco
My name is Sandra Orozco, I moved here from California I now lives in Estill S.C. I am a chair side dental assistant. I am also bilingual (Spanish & English) This helps our office to better serve and communicate with our hispanic patient more effectively.
